1. Introduction

3. Service Offerings

Cardrake.com offers both free and premium services:

• Free Service: Access to all Pokémon card sets, visual binder layouts, pricing information, and planning tools. This service will always remain free.
• Collector Plan: Premium features including collection tracking, personal notes, completion progress, saved preferences, and data synchronization across devices.

4. Registration & Account Security

Users must be at least 13 years old to register. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and are responsible for all activities under their account. Account registration and authentication are handled through Clerk.com, a third-party service.

5. Subscription Services & Billing

The Collector Plan is offered as a recurring subscription service with monthly or annual billing options. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is handled through Clerk.com's secure payment processing system.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining valid payment methods. If payment fails, your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Collector Plan subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law. Your collection data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8. Data Storage & Retention

For Collector Plan subscribers, we store your collection data, preferences, and notes on our secure servers. This data is associated with your account and synchronized across your devices. Upon subscription cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, which is separate from these Terms, describes how we handle your personal data. By using our services, you also agree to Clerk.com's privacy practices for authentication and billing services.

10. User Conduct & Obligations

Users are prohibited from using our service for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes. Users may not post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws. Users may not share account credentials or attempt to circumvent payment systems.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. Premium subscribers experiencing extended outages may be eligible for service credits at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

The information presented on this website about the Pokémon Trading Card Game, including images and text, is the intellectual property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures and/or Wizards of the Coast. Cardrake.com is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with any of these companies.

13. Termination

Cardrake.com is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We accept no responsibility or liability for any harm or damage arising from the use of Cardrake.com, including loss of data or service interruptions. Our total liability for premium services is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cardrake.com, its stakeholders, and affiliates from any demands, damages, or claims arising out of a breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
